Siapa Nak GIGI CANTEK...??
Lagi satu nak pesan kt korg...
jgn lupa gosok gigi lepas minum teh, nescafe, cappuccino, mocha atau apa2 yg
berasaskan kopi atau dgn erti kata lain minuman/makanan yg boley menyebabkan
gigi korg jd kuning. Cegah sebelum terlambat k ;)
2. Flos
kt kedai ada macam2 jenis flos untuk korg pilih, so tepuk dada tanya selera.
cara-cara nak guna flos :
tarik sebahagian benang dan pegang benang seeratnya pd jari telunjuk kiri dan
kanan korg (ikut keselesaan) . Letak flos pd celah gigi secara lembut.
Bila kene pd garisan gusi, pusing menjadi bentuk C pd sebatang gusi dan gosok dgn
lembut.
ulang langkah untuk semua gigi.
3. Kerap berjumpa doktor gigi
Buat pemeriksaan gigi enam bulan sekali sama ada di klinik swasta atau pun kerajaan.
ubat gigi berfluorida selamat digunakan TETAPI....
kajian menunjukkan kandungan fluorida dlm ubat gig selamat digunakan sekiranya mengikut had yg disyorkan.
satu-satunya kesan sampingan yg mungkin wujud ialah tompokan pada enamel gigi sekiranya sejumlah ubat gigi berfluorida ditelan oleh korg, selama beberapa tahun.
So kumur mulut korg dgn BERSIH k. Jgn malas!!
nanti gigi tak cantik...
gigi tumbuh tak teratur, penat, leceh, etc bukan alasan untuk tak jaga kebersihan gigi/mulut korg. klu diri sendiri tak jaga, siapa lagi?

hari ni punya plan,nak jumpa Ms Laili untuk discuss fasal fyp. Agak tak sedap hati sb Sr.Zikri gtau ada org buat tajuk sama mcm aku tp xtau yg sem brape punya. aduiii...bala betul. ya Allah...mintak2 la takde masalah cz masa dah suntuk.
lepas jumpa lect baru kuar dating ng Dia.
big problem pun dah setel (kene kaco ng guard bangla,sebok duk sms2 aku!! kene sound setempek ng aku tersempau mamat bangla tu.) ceh apa barang bangla2 nih!! tak hingin aku! muntah hijau!!

dah 3 hari berkerja tp satu cerita pun aku tak sempat nak taip dlm blog ni sb dah penat tahap dewa. I feel nausea sometime and my body is start aching all over. keje yg memaksa aku utk berdiri selama 8 jam @ lebey drpd itu maka hasilnya ialah tumit kaki yg sakit + bengkak = T E N S I O N. petua si Dia ~ rendam kaki dalam air suam campur garam lepas tu sapu balm panas hmm.. lega la sikit..
semangat nak keje pun dah kureng pasal badan dah sakit2 manja gitu (maybe faktor berat badan yg bertambah) yela since dah lama tak buat keje berat/dah takde stamina TAPI diri mesti tabah hati maw cekal sb nak capai target nih! Peduli apa org nak kata, ada yg pandang sinis dgn keje yg aku buat ni. helllooo keje yg halal k..bukan nya melacur diri! aku kene pikir kos nak ke tempat keje dan kos makan minum supaya tak mengganggu target aku. so xleh la memilih keje. alhamdulillah gaji not bad la dalam masa 2 bulan yg aku mintak. Baru 3 hari keje, aku dah buat kira-kira gaji utk bulan pertama. hehehe
Hari ni punya cerita,
masuk keje pukul 9.30 pagi dan semua nya berjalan spt biasa hingga la pukul 5.
jeng jeng jeng...
tiba2 datang satu customer ~ cina, perempuan umur 35+
dia nak cari trainee bra utk anak dia ~ perempuan ofcoz!! skola rendah (xtau umo brape) badan besar.
aku suh dia bawak anak dia cuz leh try sendiri kt fitting room (xtau nak agak saiz ape budak tu leh pakai takut terkecik/terlebey besar plak kan)
she said "ok.." sambil2 membelek trainee bra yg ada kt sinun n lepas tu auntie tu blah p kedai emas Poh Kong yg opposite je dgn booth Passione.
beberapa minit kemudian...
auntie tu dtg booth Passione sambil membuat aksi lambak bra hahaha..bengkek giler, kecik je aku nengok autie tu. sesuke hati dia je buat sepah. penat tau aku susun bra2 tuh! bukan sikit..
aku : apsal ni?
pandir : haiyaaa...wa punya cincin sula tercicir woo..
cina tu membebel n paksa aku cari cincin dia tp dlm keadaan bengang & terpaksa aku gigih gak cari bende tu. kesudahan nya aku panggil supervisor untuk tolong cari kan.

SP : U xboley bt mcm ni, penat la maw kemas balik.
pandir : haiiyyyaaa...wa tau itu cincin suda jatuh cini ma. cepat butut dia hilang!
SP : U maw tuduh jr promoter i amek la ye?! u salah taruk mana2 u jgn main tuduh org la.
klimaks
aku kene kemas balik bra2 itu dlm keadaan marah dan malu ng semua org sb kene tuduh mencuri ng cina tua tu.
1 jam, selesai kemas. masa nak simpan stok bra kt bawah meja tiba2 aku nampak satu bende berkilau besar. rupa2 nya cincin cina tua bangkai tuh.
niat baik ~ jgn...bayangkan kalau barang berharga ko tu org amek? mesti ko sedey kan?
niat jahat ~ alah...dia tuduh plus memalukan ko depan org, amek je p gadai kira dah cover hampir semua gaji ko.
dgn iman yg teguh..chewahh akhirnya aku pulangkan cincin cina tua tu dan cina tu muka dah malu n serba salah sambil minta maaf kt aku bnyk kali. kes selesai.
penat menyusun n penat berdiri, aku p lepak kt toilet alang2 melepas hajat ngehehe..
bila kuar je dr pintu toilet,dua manusia ni dah tggu ng muka yg tak dapat aku tafsirkan.
rupa2 nya cina tua tu nak balas budi baik aku (bangga nih) ng blanja makan. dinner malam ni dpt la makan KFC dinner plate free.
Alhamdulillah..rejekhi (rezeki)
